Enjoy a 30-minute Pilates session taught by Caroline with Ktizo from 5:30–6:00 PM!

A Ktizo Method Pilates Class tones muscles in the core by centering tension in the pelvic floor—creating more efficient results in women’s bodies. Come work with Caroline on a 30-minute preview of what a Ktizo Class can do for you!

Have a Pilates mat? Bring it with you! If not, no worries: we’ll have mats available for anyone who needs one.
