To begin the return process, go to our Returns Portal

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Delta T Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. All non-clearance purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY if returned within 20 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. All returns MUST be postmarked within 20 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in your return being rejected and you will be responsible for shipping your items back to you.  

As of June 15th, 2023, we will not offer refunds back to your method of payment!! Please feel free to contact us regarding sizing and styling! Send an email to cs@deltatboutique.com and we will reply within 24 business hours. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Store credit does not expire.

Customers may return items within 20 days as long as price tags and original garment tags are still attached, possession of receipt, and clothes have not been worn. Returns MUST BE unwashed, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains/smells. Items returned with distinct cigarette smell will be rejected. Do not include additional items not listed on the packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Customers are responsible for shipping back their returns. Checkout with the $1.50 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for exchange or store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn't work. Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping back to them on exchanges. Didn't checkout with Re:Do? No worries! You will still return like normal and purchase a label through Re:Do, saving you time and money!

You MUST COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap your items neatly in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 30% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. (You must specify with your shipping carrier to use a box or poly mailer to protect the shoe box.) We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.  

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder, as gift cards sometimes end up in spam folders!

All items purchased under the clearance tab are nonreturnable. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any orders purchased through AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, OR SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS CANNOT BE CANCELED! 

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item email CS@deltatboutique.com within 7 days!

Damages must be filed through route/redo within 10 days of delivery, so be sure and notify us ASAP!! Delta T is not liable for any damaged packages if you did not purchase Route or ReDo Shipping Protection. We will file a claim with UPS and it will be up to them whether the claim is approved or not. 

Shoe boxes are considered to be part of the product. We do not accept returns on shoes without the box. If your box comes in damaged and you wish to return them, we must be notified within 10 days!!

**Delta Traditions is not liable for any delivered UPS packages that were lost or stolen IF you did not purchase Route/ReDo Shipping Protection! We highly recommend purchasing Route/ReDo Protection. Please be sure and notify us within 10 days after receiving a damaged item**
