Shipping Policy

In Store Pick Up

Online orders may be picked up from our store Monday - Friday 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm. You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. Orders will be kept at the store until they are picked up! Orders not picked up within 4 months will be put back out on the sale floor with no refund. 
 

US Standard Ground Shipping

Allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping times take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you did not purchase Route Shipping Protection. Please let us know if you have a lost or stolen package within 15 days in order to be covered by Route Shipping Protection. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 
 

Express Shipping

You may upgrade to express 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25. This is for USA only. Items placed before 12 pm CST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within two business days. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
 

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped using USPS. We currently ship to United States, Canada, and Australia. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the U.S.

Processing Time

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our store within 1-2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
